Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of IroPeak, the SEO, AEO and GEO dashboard at iropeak.com. By creating an account or using IroPeak, you agree to them.

IroPeak measures the websites you add and shows scores, reports and suggestions for them, using its own checks, the Google data you choose to connect and data from DataForSEO.

IroPeak is a tool for your own decisions: what you change on your websites, and the results of those changes, are your responsibility.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use IroPeak.
• Use a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• If you continue with Google, your Google account's verified email address is your IroPeak sign-in.
• If you think someone else has used your account, tell us at [email protected].

• Add only websites you own or manage, or have the owner's permission to analyse. IroPeak crawls the sites you add.
• Connect only Google accounts and properties you are allowed to use.
• Use competitor and backlink research for ordinary market research, never to attack or harm other sites.
• Do not abuse the paid data sources behind IroPeak, for example by automating requests or using several accounts to get around the daily limits.
• Do not scrape IroPeak, copy its data in bulk or resell access to it.
• Do not try to break into, overload or disrupt IroPeak, reach other people's accounts or data, or test its security without our permission.
• Do not use IroPeak for anything unlawful.

Much of IroPeak's data comes from paid sources, mainly DataForSEO. To keep the service fair, each account has daily limits on measurements, such as crawls, PageSpeed tests and keyword, competitor and backlink requests. IroPeak tells you when a limit is reached, and you can continue the next day. We may change the limits.

IroPeak takes no payments today. Credit plans are planned; their prices and terms will be published before they apply.

Figures such as search volumes, keyword difficulty, traffic estimates and backlink data come from DataForSEO and Google. They are estimates and can be incomplete or out of date.

IroPeak's scores and suggestions are guidance based on that data, not a promise of rankings, traffic or revenue. Check important decisions yourself.

When you sign in with Google or connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics or Google Ads, your use of those services is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

IroPeak only reads data from these services and never changes anything in your Google account. You can disconnect a service in IroPeak at any time, or remove IroPeak's access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If Google changes or limits its services, some IroPeak features may stop working.

Your data, and the data you connect, remain yours. You allow IroPeak to store and process it only to provide the service to you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete a site at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to [email protected].

We work to keep IroPeak running and its data correct, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features, and we may pause the service for maintenance.

IroPeak is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and no promise about the results of using IroPeak.

To the extent the law allows, IroPeak is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, rankings, traffic or data, that arise from your use of the service. IroPeak's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid IroPeak in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

You can stop using IroPeak at any time and ask us to delete your account at [email protected].

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, or when the law requires it. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The new version is published on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using IroPeak after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply to you.
